As soon as you have processed your order on the website, we will notify you via email to confirm that we’ve received it and are preparing your items. Once your items are ready for shipping, we will send another email to inform you that your payment has been received and your items are ready for shipment.

DELIVERY

If you notify us immediately through +44 (0) 203 002 7725, we can honour your request to change the shipping address for your order. However, we will not be able to divert your order once you have received the confirmation email that includes your the parcel tracking information. In such a case, please contact the courier or delivery service directly to arrange for package rerouting.

Your order will be processed and collected from our warehouse once payment has cleared. This process should take no longer than 2 business days. For deliveries within the UK, standard delivery is usually 3-5 days. For orders outside of the UK, delivery times will vary. We also offer expedited delivery options. Some items may not be immediately available in our warehouse due to high demand. When you see “Contact Us for Availability” on the product you are purchasing, please contact us at +44 (0) 203 002 7725 prior to placing your order. We will check our stocks and contact the manufacturer for availability if needed .
